Amy Wepf

With more than three decades of experience as an entrepreneur and operator in the food and beverage industry, Amy Wepf combines her high-level operational skills with her detailed understanding of business development to help her clients reach their goals.

Amy started her career with Outback Steakhouse, where she was charged with growing the franchise across the Midwest and was instrumental in opening 25 stores in the Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Missouri markets. Throughout her decade-long tenure with the national restaurant company, Amy was responsible for planning, development, project management and day-to-day operations. This role gave her a foundation in strategic business planning and taught her how to manage critical tactical skills such as employee acquisition and retention, budgeting, general accounting, profit and loss production and reconciliation.

Amy used the skills she acquired during her career at Outback to manage and grow other independent and chain restaurants across markets in Missouri and Kentucky. Then in 2006, Amy created, designed, and opened her own successful restaurant concept, Toast on Market. Recognizing the early potential in a growing urban district just east of downtown Louisville, Amy took a calculated risk and located her restaurant in what is now one of the city’s most sought-after commercial corridors, the trendy Nulu neighborhood.

Thanks to her years of operational experience and vast array of business management skills, Amy helps her clients navigate the complex transaction process with confidence. Her expertise beings immeasurable value to the team at Impact Business Brokerage.
